Review for: Cigna
My Cigna coverage was through The Disney Benefits Center. I had coverage through my husband while he was alive, after his death I qualified for 109-MED/80ABC_+Even though my balance was always zero because I always payed a payment ahead, they cancelled me by billing me on one date but the envelope would be post marked a diffrent date.
