pre-existing conditions

My past experience has been bad. The companies have boldly lied to me about insurance just to get them to join. Most of them will NOT cover me with my pre-existing condition and an individual policy. If they do the cost is very high, and unaffordable. I do not qualify for state aid because I make to much and own a home, but can't afford a policy because I don't make enough.
