Review for: Blue Cross
I've had Blue Cross HMO for 6 years and I right now have no complaints except for the fact that my group doesn't like/won't give referrals outside the network. I think if my specialist recommends I go somewhere specifally then HMO should cover it since he is an HMO doctor
