I have no problems with golden rule as long as you stay within their network. outside network you pay. Also payments are really tearing us apart financially. Rates go up every 6 months and not like a few bucks, more like 125.00 - 160.00 every 6 months. It is very hard getting resonable insurance. The deductable is 1000.00 and you pay for prescriptions up front then submit them to Golden Rule and the turn around is very quick about 3 weeks tops to receive your money. Just don't go into the hospital you will fight them on almost every bill and still owe alot of money to all vendors. If you are stuck trying to find insurance this is the best I found so far.
