they don't pay the dr's anything so that is why the dr's go in and out of network all the time. they will tell you they are a ppo but when you get the bill they deny everything above usual and customery. or they tell you dr is ppo and he isn't and you get turned over to collections trying to get it straightened out. that is what happened to me. do not get it, not worth it, it is emergency only inusrance. not one of the dr's we had for 20 years is a ppo so we have to pay out of our pocket to keep our dr's.
