WellCare is too hard to work with in terms of coverage. Each occurence has been
a fight to get things done. They speak from both sides of their mouth. To the
client, they are agreeable when dealing with the vendor, they deny charges and
the client gets caught in the middle. An emergency room visit and subsequent
doctors order by attending physician caused client to get a collection letter
on two occassions. Unacceptable!!!!!
