I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to find a Dr covered go through the proper protocol to make an appointment under my new Atlantis insurance. i even made an appointment for Xmas eve because it was the only time I available in the coming 2 months...then received a cancelation call few days ago. the dr wont actually be in...

Today they terminated my coverage without contacting me because they didnt receive my payment! which the bill was postmarked 5 weeks after the billing date and received 1 week after the due date.

It took me 3 months to find drs, get approval to see drs, and no sooner do i figure out how to navigate their JOKE of what they call coverage then they TERMINATE my insurance and basically charge me $667 to fill 2 birth control Rx. FML and F Atlantis
