Insurance Company: Golden Rule
I have had nothing but problems with Golden Rule. It took me 6 months to get them to pay for a physical for my wife. The Dr blamed the Insurance the Insurance Blamed the Dr. Ultimately, it was a problem with both, but the service I recieved from Golden rule at their call center was rude, borderline abusive and extremely unhelpful.
