UMWA full coverage when self-employed coal mining company

My father and I owned a strip mining company in 1982-1985 and was a union company, therefore our insurance company was based on the United Mine Workers Association plan, which was full coverage for myself, my Mother and Father,and all employees. The monthly premium, I'm not sure of at this time, since it has been several years, but for myself, alone, was approximately 100.00 monthly.
