Too Much !!!

Gentlemen:

I only use the insurance for routine checkups and dental. I have not been admitted to the hospital and I don't abuse the system however, my insurance goes up every year and I don't even take advantage of their services. I pay $372/month and I'm at the highest deductible. Help !!!
