The landmines of Health Insurance

I was contacted by phone and upfront payment was demanded and monthly insurance premium was taken every month from the first credit Card that I gave them and there is no report on receipt of the transactions.
I used to be able to obtain my medication three months at a time with my current provider I have to do this on a monthly basis. This is costing me three times what it used to cost me in the past with the same premium from another comapny.
