THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME $166 FOR NEW AREA CHARGE, WHEN I WAS NOT IN THE NEW AREA UNTIL JUNE 1, 2009. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS OVER CHARGING??
