I really had no problems with Great West until my coverage ended then I was getting bills saying not covered until other insurance submits explanation of payment when I only had the one insurance. So I spent many days calling around trying to fix things that should have been Great Wests job. They also have gave me the run around on getting reembursment for my husbands medication that they never had a problem doing when we where covered Note: This is for the time that we where actually covered that we need reembursed for.
