Raise rates ever year because I get older.

Review for: Blue Cross
They raise your rates every year by 50.00 to 80.00 dollars. Now at $832.00 month. I can't afford it much longer. They have move me to Ms. Comprehensive Health Ins. Risk Pool Assoc.
