I would not recommend EPS to anyone. They do not care about their clients. They create a multitude of rules to follow, then make it impossible to get a copy of the rules. Then, once you've been found in non-compliance they will not pay claims. If you have a medically necessary procedure they usually will deny it. There goal is to not pay any claims -- only to receive your premiums! They had to be coerced into paying any medical claims of mine after about seven months of haggling.
