Four months into the plan my coverage/co-pay changed dramatically

I need a medication that generics do not work for me. Currently I basically pay full price for the perscription at this time. I feel certain things need to be taken in to view when a patient's needs require a three or four tier drug...one should not be cost penalized. I really got no where when I tried to address this issue with Empire and I am looking for a coverage that will take into account such needs...my regular co-pay for my perscriptions actually changed after just four months into the plan
