Past Medical - Mansfield

I have been self-employed for 2 years now and carry individual insurance. Prior to that I worked for large companies that had excellent medical plans. I am unable to afford my medical premium for much longer due to the expense. I have always been satisfied with my insurance, although on the self-payment plan I had to opt for lower coverage to reduce the monthly premium.
