We purchased the health insurance for our family of fourhusband, wife and two children 23 & 17with the hope that we will have peace in mind and secure for our coverage on our healthcare. However,we were very disappoited with the company. 99 of claims were rejected by so many here and there reasons.The policies were changed frequently and different with what at first the agent was explained to us. The premium is increased every year. When we need helps, the agent did not effectively help but stalled and gave us a ran around. We feel like MEGA Life & Health cheated us.
