Not so friendly health care

My experience has been positive so far regarding care. One thing that does bother me is the attitude of some of the staff that work in the clinics. One clinic in particular has a woman sitting at the front desk as soon as you walk in and she has a sour look on her face all the time.Who wants to see that when they first walk in. It's depressing.
