I have Aetna at work for my wife and me. She has extremely painful arthritis, and it takes forever to get an answer if she can have therapy, or any other treatment.
I am paying over 200 a month, and the coverage stinks, most of the time she is turned down or limited to treatment. The Dr. says she needs on going thrapy, but the insurance only alowed 4 visits, and she can hardly walk and is in constant pain. She has to go to the Dr. and is charger $30 just for the Dr ti tell her sher can't have any more therapy. Does that make sense?
