Stay away from this insurance company at all cost. ID card is sent after 90 days. I called and sent numerous emails to request it and only after 90 days then they sent it. Benefit package is never sent so you don't have any idea what kind of coverage you're entitled under your premium. Their website does not have any contact information and call waiting information contradict of what stated on the web site. List of doctors in the network don't take the co-payment and when their office call Health Net, you are simply denied. Therefore, you have to pay your own out of pocket doctor visit. The monthly premium is cheap and you get what you paid for.
