Overall the Cigna coverage in force is ok. But like most insurance for seniors the cost is almost prohibitive. Do I pay the premium, rent, or buy meds? I realize we old folks use the coverage more frequently and for longer periods each occurrence, however, we have also paid into it much longer and should therefore be able to count on the benefits if and when needed. The rehabilitation care limit/benefits under nursing homes could be better as could the required home nursing care benefits.
