Review for: Humana
Humana sucks. I am paying $20 more per month than I was last year and I just found out they dropped my dental coverage. No teeth cleaning this year.
Also, my doctor's nurse had to spend 14 hours yep, 14 hours on the phone with them to get them to cover my blood pressure medication and I still have to pay two co-pays. They made her fax my entire 3 inch thick file. They were just hoping she would give up and they wouldn't have to cover the prescription.
