Wasn't happy with United. Didn't cover a couple procedures done to my child that had to be done and their network was limited. Their prescription coverage was bad as well. Overall not a good experiance with them. Also, calling their customer care line was a real pain. It gives you the option to speak to a customer service agent but you have to go through numerous steps to get there, thru menu after menu where they try and get you to use the automated system rather than speaking to someone who would be able to answer your question in a few minutes.
