FOR MANY YEARS PREMIUMS HAVE FAR EXCEEDED ANY PAYOUTS OR COVERAGE AND WE WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE BENEFITS RELATIVE TO PREMIUM COSTS WITH MORE REGARD TO THE INDIVIDUAL PERSON.
