This NBLA health insurance not sure what they mean by insurance is the biggest scam company I have ever come in contact with. For 3 years I have paid them over $15,000 for ins & they have paid approximately $179.00 total for medical procedures, annual office visits, and emergency room visit after a routine medical procedure. Every explanation comes back with the same explanation. Not covered under the plan. Nothing is covered under the plan. They have a third party insurance company which is part of the coverage and this third party advocacy or arbitrator company did make phone calls & corresponded which I could have done but the outcome was the same. No bills were reduced because I was covered by insurance, which is NBLA. They are not an insurance company they are a SCAM company taking advantage of hard working Americans. I encourage anyone to cancel this insurance and not feed into their scam any longer. If anyone else has had success with NBLA, I would certainly like to know.
