I had Group Insurance through my former Employer. Their H.R. Group constantly misinformed us relative to coverage. That Company and Aetna have now parted their Business Association due to a long line of such inadequate performance. Employer blamed Aetna. Aetna blamed Employer. As usual, the working employees are the ones who get screwed. As a result of this dissociation, I can no longer get discounted coverage under CORBRA Federatal Guidelines for discounted rates on insurance.
