Loss of Cobra coverage

Insurance Company: Unsure
I was covered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of South Carolina until I retired in Dec, 2008. Cobra coverage only continued for six months therefore, I am without any medical insurance until I can apply for Medicare when I turn 65 on Jan. 1. 2010.
