Review for: Health Net
Heath Net was fine. My troubles were with the clinic I was assigned.
It often times took me 6-8 tries to get someone to answer the phone. When they did pick up I would be on hold
for 10 mins -up to 47mins.
They had one lady that was in charge of appointments and if she was out of the office. No one else was willing to help.
