As for Highmark Keystone Blue, since 1997, it surely has been an excellent health insurer, yet it has gone through phases, of payment mailing address changes, and higher and lower prices that go with it, I can be accepting of changes, of company codes, and prices, that may go back down, as it started, out at $99.00, per month, has gone as high as it is now, and then back down, to $150.00, or less, now back, up, I have recieved a letter, from Keystone HEalth Plan West as far as this office is concerned it is a grandfathered health plan, yet, it may need to be placed back on the map.

As this health plan, has certainly taken care of my problems, I certainly, have had the Cobra plan, via, Aetna, Gold Kist, Group, in the past, yet, if you so desire to honor, Keystone Blue, via, your company, with a corporte logo, with a lower rate, then please do so, additionally, please, let me know your direct rate, too, for Cobra.
