Incorrect Billings

Review for: United Health Care
Although the Always Caring Home Health Care Services is a In-Net Provider listed with Scure Horizon nevertheless, it was reported as an Out-of-net service and I was charged twice different fees for home care services for 5 days that consisted of a nurse coming to my home, after being released from the hospital, to take my vitals. No specialized equipment other then a manual thermometer was used by the nurse.
