I have had insurance with several providers, through a local union group. Mutual was, from my experience, not a company that I would recommend. They billing process was difficult, the providers were continually having to supply extra data on patients, claims where pocketed by the insurance, leaving me to push the rope up hill in order to get the co. to provide the very service they were being paid to preform. Since then the union has changed providers and the process has improved.
