My health care experiences have been varied. Most have been pleasant. However, it is important that Heath Care Professionals provided optimum service to patients. It is imperative that superb customer service permeate throughout the establishment. It is also vital that there are more than adequate personnel available on all levels of healthcare to provide prompt and quality service for patients and equally important that providers are not overworked. If providers are overworked, this leaves room for many errors, they will become ill, the quality of care and service suffers, the comradie among peers is not strong.
