HMSA Blue Cross-Blue Shield has switched to HMA

Review for: Blue Cross Blue Shield
As a high school teacher in Hawaii my present coverage is $375 a month, and the 'co pay' has been raised from 15 to 20. I am looking for a company that covers Massage Therapy- that is doctor referred. This service promotes healing of injuries much better that presciption drugs!
