fARMERS IS OK BUT COST IS MUCH HIGHER THAN MOST OTHER COMPANIES. oNE GOOD THING OF FARMERS IS THAT THERE IS 125 REBUILD CLAUSE THAT YOU CAN TAKE TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO REBUILD OR PURCHASE AN EXISTING HOME.
