Paid in with out using it year after year...when I finally had a need for a routine physical colonoscopy went through all the correct procedures obtaining a MD etc...Hospital etc. after all was said and done they don't seem to want to pay...this after paying over 7000 a year for several years of no use...and a deductable of 2000 per incident???then they write me that they are increasing the premium again unless I up the deductable to 3000 dollars...for what...if I pay them and they don't pay when I need them then what good is it to have insurance???someone has got to have a plan that if I am a loyal customer paying my premium pay my deductable when I need it they will pay..what is America coming too...................
