Review for: Independent
Not happy with provider. Pay $80 week and nothing's covered! Rediculous! No vision or dental until $1000 has been paid by me. Prescriptions from 6 months ago I have not received reimbursement on. Even though I have sent required paperwork on 3 different occasions...No professionalism...
