Review for: Great West
While employed in Wisconsin a few years ago, my employer switched health insurance carriers to Great West. What a mistake! While I'm sure they saved some money, they got what they paid for. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Could not get a response to questions, no flexibility what so ever. Claims went unpaid without even an explanation. This company is just our to take your money and not give anything back in benefits.
