I end up shelling out thousands a year for deductibles and never get to use the insurance fully. When asked they claim most of my benefits come from what they disallow from the Drs billing. I am an IBEW electrician and Neca works with Blue cross out of Decatur Illinois.I pay Several hundred a month out of my check. I wonder where all this money is going? Part of my Insurance is Via Cobra. My EX is in the Billing department for a major Hospital in the area and she has also questioned these practices. The Deductibles are way to high as well as what comes out of my check. Over 750.00 a month, someone or many are getting rich off what all we pay out monthly
