FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER WITHIN THE HORIZON COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET THE SAME REPLY ONCE TO A GIVEN QUESTION. ALSO THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, WITH THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE SELLING COVERAGE FOR HEALTHCARE TO ANYONE !!!! POOR TRAINING AND PEOPLE IN POSITION ABOVE THERE EDUCATION !!!!!
