I started to have trouble with Bankers Life immediately when the doctors that should have been paid by Bankers where not. I had to inject myself between the doctors and Bankers to get the doctors paid.I then tried to contact my agent but Bankers didn't have a record of him working at the company. Then when I tried to cancel I was told I had to write them a letter which I did but that wasn't enough for Bankers when yet another monthly payment was removed from my checking account. I called to complain and was send a letter of cancellation that I had to sign and return.
