Almost everything the agent told me when selling me my policy turned out to be a lie. The specific drug I did take on a monthly basis which I was told was covered, mysteriously was dropped after 1 month of coverage. Their list of preferred doctors was filled with erroneous information such as ENT specialists that were actually OBGYN's., wrong phone numbers and address's etc. Doctors that I made appointment 's to see that the help line at Atlantis tole me were in their plan in fact turned out not to be. My doctor's assistant told me that they receive more complaints about Atlantis and have more problems getting paid by them than any other company out there. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for. Can't understand why they haven't been shut down yet.
