Always Fighting the Battle

Review for: AETNA
I have been covered by Aetna for over two years now and have had to fight for coverage to go out of network for treatments. There is not a physician in the state that treats my disorder. When I finally got them to cover the treatments, I have to call every time they process the claim as they never pay it correctly. I have worked with the St of Ct Healthcare Advocacy Group to get the coverage needed, but the hassle after the fact is outrageous.
