Used them in between jobs for continuous coverage and the first time Nate Penna agent who failed to take the correct information and my policy wasn't in affect. Called and he was gone from the company a week later. Next time the agent on file sold me a totally worthless policy, He OUT AND OUT LIED saying it covered going to the doctor 4 visits a year. The insurance company was HCC Medical Insurance Services and was worthless after gong back and forth for a 11/14/14 doctor visit and them denying or lying about requesting or receiving doctor notes covered nothing notified 5/2/15 on a $318. Get this one I had never seen the doctor before but if in your lifetime you ever had a bladder infection or suspected one they denied as pre-existing. Actually comical. And there were no doctor visits the Health Choice one representative you signed me up out and out lied. I looked up and since this is suppose to be on a recorded line I am writing their corporate. Very unethical practices and I really don't know who is worse the HCC Medical Insurance Services PO Box armington Hills, MI 48333 or HEALTH CHOICE ONE the insurance brokerage company. Seems like they are both out to scam the unsuspecting and trusting person being responsible and purchasing temporary insurance for 6 months. I also paid for a catastrophic loss policy and another worthless one so I was paying $280 a month for worthless insurance. BUYER BEWARE CONCERNING HHC INSURANCE AND HEALTH CHOICE ONE INSURANCE BROKER. GOVERNMENT SHOULD INVESTIGATE THE PRACTICES. I am filing omplaint with the Insurance commissioner in GA.
